If total recipient area is between 275-300 cm2, you need 11000- 12000 grafts with 40 graft/cm2 density. My hair look more dense, because i have propably more native hair then you and i have blond hair. Zarev calculated that in some regions my native hair has even 40grafts/cm2 density, but this hair are heavily miniaturised, very thin and short. 40 grafts of this miniaturised hair are maybe like 15-20 healthy grafts in terms of density, if we even try to compare it... -

A little update on my situation with some questions: Been using Xyon for two months now, started the first 6 weeks using 1x per week. As mentioned, I usually wash my hair every 3-4 days, so my routine was apply Wednesday morning (to a head of hair not washed in 3/4 days) wash Wednesday night I had some eye issues with finasteride. Things would get blurry, sometimes I felt like I had to rub my eye to get the blur out, it was difficult to focus sometimes. They weren't terrible, but definitely there. As a 38 year old who just started needing readers before I started my hair loss journey, it worried me that I might make things worse as my eyes were naturally digressing with age. The first 3-4 weeks I had no issues, but now I feel like my eye issues have returned, but with less severity. On finasteride, they were mild issues, now I believe they are minor, yet it still makes me concerned I might be making things worse in the long term. In the last 2 weeks I increased the dose to 1x every 5 days. Since then, I feel so extremely tired and drowsy all day. On high dose topical finasteride from Hims I felt brain fog and lack of motivation, but this feels different. Reminds me of when I had mono in college, I just can't shake feeling super tired. Are both of these side effects of the Xyon? Should I change back to 1x a week, or is it even worth doing that small amount of time? I also ordered Lipodut from Anagenica .05%, I was thinking maybe since its a lower dose to stop Xyon and try this starting at 1x a week. tldr: If anyone has any insight on eye side effects, drowsy side effects, or Anagenica products, I'd love to hear them -
I'm going to do an update for this soon. After 5 months my obsessive focus on the hair shifted from my hair to an achilles Injury that kept me isolated and off work for most of the last 6 months. I took Finasteride at the start to try and help it come through with minoxidil once most the hairs had started. But I stopped as I felt it was unnecessary for the stage of norwood I was up too "what hair was I protecting". Side effects for Finasteride I think weren't worth it for what it provides on a norwood 6. Psychological effects that made it impossible to feel dopinmine. Made me completely flat, it took roughly 1 1/2 months to get mentally back to normal again after stopping Finasteride. I haven't taken any new photos yet but will soon I'll be at 10 months on 25/5. My result for first part looks like a good result. I haven't booked operation 2 yet as I only got back to work this week. Hopefully Operation 2 will happen around September -
@GeneralNorwood haha ya definitely don’t think it’s wise to use 1000 grafts there. Will still find out if less grafts can be used to adjust corners only. Sorry the picture is not good lol I tried my best but will have to ask someone to take the picture for me when I am able to. for density, do you believe 40graft/cm^2 is possible throughout the scalp? What density do you have for your hair? It looks quite a bit more dense than mine. I will look into a consult with muresanu. Skype would be ideal as I cannot travel just for a consultation at this current point. Thanks for the recommendation.
