    I measured mine from the middle if the eye brows to the tip of the hairline

    take a look at my profile youll see my hairline post op looks very high, imo any higher than this (7.5cm) is unacceptable

    I did 10 min a day for 2.5 months very vigorous stretching, actually had someone sit on my back and do it for me, yes it worked but I deff neglected my sides I wish I didn't, won't make that mistake again

    good to hear tommy, how short can you cut your hair without your scar showing at the moment?

    after maybe 10 days it slowed down and now its back to normal shedding, but i still have some shock loss in the donor area 9 weeks post op,, it was a little scary seeing that much hair fall at once

    Oh yes, how can I forget, 1 week post op I was shedding like 100-150 hairs in a 10 min shower

    In my case longer hair makes it look worse, when it's short u can see my scalp but ppl jus think its so short my scalp is exposed

    looks great! one thing i dont like about dr umar is his hairlines and temple points, the need to be a little more receding looking, like in this case the temple points are perfectly vertical, i think they need to slant back a little, more natural looking, they should also be less dense than the hairline, still a great result

    nick, yea thats all native hair, i thought for sure that the native hair wouldent return as it was VERY weak and on life support, id say at least 80% returned , trying to keep it out of the sun for a few months as told to me by many people, how does the scar look?
