The 2nd fue didn't help at all?
9 months should show something
I feel for you dude
You had a good starting point, too
In the end, even if it is due to your physiology, Rahal won't abandon you.

Started on here many years ago (under another name)
Who knew you were in med school training?!
Since you look 12!!
CONGRATULATIONS DR.BLOXHAM
ONLY THE BEST TO YOU
Your story inspires.

DO NOT GO ON ACCUTANE FOR AT LEAST 6 MONTHS
to be safe wait the year out
for the acne do a 6-9 month course of Doxycycline 100mg BID then taper to 100mg then 40mg
that will clear you up
the doxy will work much better for you since you already has a course of Accutane

You can definite get fue to adjust your hairline due to the scar
Might be a good options since you show no signs of balding
-
Dude you have a perfectly shaped head
I'd rock it slick if I were you!

wishing you the best
nothing to do but wait it out
good thoughts to your growth

Hi there 1250 FUE on the crown with DR. Lorenzo
I got my procedure done on the 28th novemeber 2014, Originally I was meant to just have 800 Grafts but this was changed to 1250, ill post some photos of when the surgery was first done and up to now.
I have some very strong thoughts on the whole procedure with the DR and clinic i chose however i am not going to comment on my experience or what I think of the surgery until almost a year post op as it would not be fair to do so, with the final results being the main factor in this. And I am currently on finasteride so take that into account.
Hey bad
I PM'd you

Stay on fin and minor for a year to 18 months
Then re-assess
It looks like you will get a very good response

these are a couple of min. before my HT
I know it is a pain and will cost $$$$ but is looks like it can be and easy fix for a good FUE doc. You have great characteristics. Many aren't as lucky.
Your consult with Ferudini (sp) is in the right direction
Wish you the best

in my opinion ones hair characteristics such as waviness, color, caliber and amount of preexisting hair play more a role in how natural a ht hairline will appear than whether it was attained by either slits or an implanter pen. Density is not generally an issue as too dense a hairline will look unnatural particularly in contrast to a thinning of the zones posterior to it. As long as single follicles are used anteriorly and the angles are correct with all other factors equal it would be difficult to discern a difference.between the two techniques.

Like little needles hitting the scalp
Only once a day at one spot.
Its a different spot each day but they are becoming less frequent
yes this is normal
could be hairs but could just be residual inflammation, nerve regeneration, wound healing, etc.
good growing!

Alright here are my 6 month photos
1st two are from a few days ago and the next two are from my haircut today.
The last two are from the day before my surgery for comparison sake just to show the crazy difference so far at the halfway mark only.
the best transformation on this site EVER
congratulations

good news is that regardless of the density you can buzz low and still have a better framing of the face than pre-op
plus you can always add density in round 2 and 3
most HT patients go for round 2 and 3 eventually
so....
happy growing

Great coverage
What does a donor density of 2.6 mean?
Is there a scale of density? Microns?
What is considered average?
Oh and how is it calculated? With a special device/machine?
I've been on a few consults but never had this express to me.
Thanks

At three months, It was probably blotchy and sensitive before the BUZZ (pun intended)

Hello all,
I had my very first hair transplant in the first week of July of last year, and I have some concerns I would like to address. I will post a detailed review of my surgeon and overall experience, but until then, I want to ask a couple of questions.
Just to give you a background about myself, I'm a 26 year old male who had a minor receding hairline that started about 5 years ago. Ever since that happened, I have been self conscious about the way my hairline looked and I would wear my hair long just to cover the temple areas. For that, I decided to get an FUT (since it's much cheaper than FUE and for the fact that I have a very flexible scalp laxity). I'm not satisfied with the result at all (even though I may be speaking sooner than I should), but my main concern for now is my donor area.
In my understanding, the purpose of a trichphytic closure is to minimize scarring as well as getting hair to grow through the scar. I have done some research online to see other people's results and that's what prompted me to start this post. I saw results for men 3 and 5 months after their transplant, and their donor areas are almost fully covered by hair that has grown through the scar. I'm a little more than 8 months after my surgery, and there seem to be very minor hair growth in that area. I have attached photos for you to assess and hopefully tell me that this is normal and that the photos of the men I found online are not typical of most patients.
Please someone put my concerns to rest, and tell me that I'm just being hasty in my judgment.
Thanks a lot!
Hey colad
Sorry about your scar
Please do extensive research before deciding if an excise and reclosure is the best option.
But most of all, do not feel that this MUST BE remedied with your next surgery.
It might take one but it may take multiple adjustments over a period of years to get the area to your satisfaction. But don't fret about the time, your donor is thick enough to hide it all as you are healing and /or saving for the best option
Whatever you decide, TAKE YOUR TIME in doing so.
Not saying I recommend this at all but check out this article as part of you research before you decide on your next step:
A Study of Donor Area in Follicular Unit Hair Transplantation
Best to you

neither specialize in fue and charge way too much in my opinion. Cheaper and wiser option is to consider the top fue surgeons in europe especially now that the euro is weak. Many claim to have success in turkey or india but i would stick to europe myself.

Your hair looks very thick within its design
Are you looking to change the hairline by lowering the temple angles
Doesn't look like receding temples
Looks like it is just matured this way
