    Very interesting thread. I would go for the suggestion from @Gatsby and would just do SMP on the donor. And looking at your hairline, I would say you need at least 850 grafts. Thanks for sharing all this precious info.

    I agree with @BaldV I think it´s too aggressive and this patient would have benefited a lot more with greater density on his original hairline. But maybe the patient´s will was just this option so we have to respect it. Thanks for sharing.

    Does this really protect grafts more than the usual methods? What is the impact of having grafts in PRP for a few hours before implanting?

    I think everything looks good. Sometimes doctors think a little bit about the future of their patients' hair and I think that is what Dr. Camacho has done using that extra grafts in that area. I would just be patient and see how all looks around month 6.
