  1. Hello, I am new to hair loss drugs, I dont know what to think at this point. Started because I want to get a ht done so my hair will be its best condition. Ready for ht or should I wait more?
  2. @RTC thanks I have been in contact with dr laorwong.. However in his busy schedule he recommended dr ratchathorn and said she is good enough to pull it off.
  3. @shiba1985 okey I have a reallly good apple juice that took me lots of years of skill to make. wanna buy it for 100$..
  4. @arthurSam @4chanhrn I dont think I have the option to change the carrier of the solution when it comes to compounding pharmacies.. My solution contains; -finestride 0.25% -minoxidil 5% -tretinoin 0.025% I feel like I had good gains from this however my hair loss still continues thats why I wanted to add dut instead of fin.(oral versions give me sides) What should I do? Without changing the carrier adding dutastride would be enough? Whats the appropriate % for dutestride
  5. Dutasteride molecular weight is 528.5 g/mol Dalton rule states the molecule needs to be under 500g/mol in order to penetrate skin Your thoughts??
  6. Hello, I am looking for a repair doctor who is capable of doing repairs like hairline punchouts. Doing punchouts to a already transplanted hair is different then a native hair since the directions and the angles arent natural so it takes more time. Do you think doctors like dr laorwong, dr nader, dr pekiner is capable of doing that being amazing doctors but not really known for repairs. I am asking since repairs being just a regular fue with hairs that has different angular growth can be done with a really good doctor but not particularly known for “repairs”. I feel like doctors like dr ferudini and dr ball (~10euros/graft) kind of taking advantage of the patient’s emotional state even though they are the best in that field…
  7. @baddecisions I like how your name tag explains my situation.. sorry for the late reply it was TJ hair clinic in mexico and a bad doctor the name of dr fok
  8. I feel like regular people doesnt care/see that its unnatural. He has hair and possibly can get future surgeries done. I think here we become sensitive to the hairlines that we forgot sometimes we only see something. Most people assume his hair naturally like that.
  9. deff dr soni , eugenix is overrated even in higher packages dr sethi or dr anika involment is average at best…
  10. @TakeAction scalp dht supression on dutestride around 51% and serum dht supression around 91%. I think we need to find out a way to get scalp dht tested…
  11. @Ccd99 @Gatsby @Big Rome Thank you for the suggestions, just to be clear I know that fue isnt scarless… I am talking about the way those scar looks depending on the healing process and skin tone of the person. Here some photos under natural/white light, I think under direct light I can see them..
  12. Hello, 14 months post op shaved donor, your thoughts.. Is there supposed to be white scars?
  13. @Berba11 I have been shaving ever since so these are the best pics for now. The problem with hairline is; -1.1cm lower then my natural adolescent hairline -Almost 90 degree angled which gives the least density and least natural look -I have about 1500~ grafts in hairline and 500~ on the mid scalp to crown. The 500 thats been transplanted has literally no effect on density -Skin however has no damage(cobblestoning, scarring) Your comment here; explains my goals for my next surgery or two. The reason being low hairlines in the long run with a person who has aggressive baldness always ends up with unnatural look. I am aware that the “removal/extraction” can take more then one session and I am aware of that. My goes for the next two surgery is; 1st surgery: hairline extraction(aiming to get half of them in the first surgery), creating a higher hairline, adding density in the mid-scalp and crown — after 6-12 months— 2nd surgery: Hairline extraction(the remaining hairs, if needed an additional couple hundred grafts for final toach to hairline OR… 1st and 2nd surgery: hairline removal(using them in the crown or mid-scalp 3rd surgery: creating a hairline with added density to mid-scalp and crown
