Regular Member BaLdEnStEiN Posted September 15, 2008 Regular Member Share Posted September 15, 2008 I would think that its the chemicals used to filter/treat the water here in the US.
Senior Member badger_01 Posted September 16, 2008 Senior Member Share Posted September 16, 2008 I'm curious to hear others comment on this. I thought I noticed the same thing a few years ago, but dismissed it since it doesn't equate with MPB which is caused by DHT. - badger 3279 grafts with Dr Gabel - 06/12/08 My Hair Loss Website - Hair Transplant with Dr. Gabel
Senior Member latinlotus Posted September 16, 2008 Senior Member Share Posted September 16, 2008 It is probably your (wrong) perception. Maybe because you are more stressed in the US. ******** I am not a doctor. The opinions and comments are of my own. Senior Member thanatopsis_awry Posted September 16, 2008 Senior Member Share Posted September 16, 2008 If water did cause hairloss I would have to think it would be totally disparate from actual MPB; whatever hairloss was triggered by water would be something akin to a temporary shed. That said, if I had to bet, I'd agree that the "hairloss" was more a matter of perception and randomness. ----------- *A Follicles Dying Wish To Clinics* 1 top-down, 1 portrait, 1 side-shot, 1 hairline....4 photos.
