alanbp2
I had a few galeoplasties ("bald spot reductions") in the early 90s and it seems that grafts planted on the scars caused by those procedures don't grow! Is anyone familiar with this problem? Is there any way to overcome it? Thanks.
Guest
How many months post-op are you now? Is the planted hair growing elsewhere and only missing on the scars? I also had this done in the late 80s. Im only 16 wks postop, I got my Dr to put hair in and around the scar but Its too early to tell yet if it will grow on the scar. Apparently it does. Some people get fu's put into bad donor scars and it seems to grow. I think you've posted this in the wrong area. You might try posting it again Hair restoration Q & A
