Senior Member 67mph Posted April 7, 2011 Senior Member Share Posted April 7, 2011 I'm right there with you brothers.... This is my third HT, I know exactly what to expect, and that does not make it suck any less. My hair just looks like shit right now! Hi Hairthere, Not sure i understand your post, are you not happy with the first 2 Hts, this 3rd, the way they all went, the way this recent one went, what/which is it? ...you anxious about the results of the HTs or the result of the last HT, i don't get it. i really hope it's the fact you're going through the waiting game again on this latest HT, that right? regards,
Senior Member hairthere Posted April 7, 2011 Author Senior Member Share Posted April 7, 2011 Hey Michael, I was just bummed that my hair looks the way it does right now and needed to vent it. I am confident in Dr. Feller and that this surgery will get me the results I want. I was not happy with my first HT because the "doctor" lacked the skills to deliver on his promises. Dr. Feller did a great job fixing his poor work, but I then lost a lot more native hair resulting in this third procedure. Hope that clears it up. Senior Member Jotronic Posted April 15, 2012 Senior Member Share Posted April 15, 2012 I know exactly what is going on for each of you. The one thing I learned very early on is that in six months those around you won't remember anything about this stage in your recovery. Sure, maybe a few close family members or friends that may know about your procedure will remember, but the average co-worker or group of friends just won't have this in their memories when they're talking to you face to face in six months. Your hair will be stronger. The grafts will have a good foothold and you'll be styling our hair and that is the only thing anyone will be aware of. Try not to sweat the day to day stuff because it will drive you nuts. Just enjoy the small incremental improvements when you notice them and live your life and before you know it you'll be showing your final results and smiling:) The Truth is in The Results Dr. Victor Hasson and Dr. Jerry Wong are members of the Coalition of Independent Hair Restoration Physicians
Senior Member aaron1234 Posted April 15, 2012 Senior Member Share Posted April 15, 2012 Preach it hairthere. Months 1-3 (and a bit of 4) suck monstrously! Even when you anticipate it and expect it. Still sucks. It's during months 1-3 when I ask myself, "Why the $! did I put myself through this again?" And it's from months 5 on when I say to myself, "This is why!" Hang in there bro.
