Regular Member mochi Posted January 23, 2009 Regular Member Share Posted January 23, 2009 What exercises are people doing? Seems like things like sit-ups are probably not to be risked. I have this wheel thingy for ab exercises that i want to start using but I dunno if its going to stretch my scar... Senior Member SpaceBetween Posted January 23, 2009 Senior Member Share Posted January 23, 2009 I haven't had a hair transplant yet, but I'm thinking maybe that unit at the gym where you put your back up against it and it has the two handles. For that you just kick your legs up (I alternate between keeping the knees bent and kicking the legs out). This doesn't really put strain on the head/neck and really slams on your abs. Any comments/concerns on that one? Current Regimen: .5mg Fin ED Minox 2x daily Nizoral 1% 2-3 times a week Fish Oil capsules w/ Omega-
Regular Member ShavedDethMonk Posted January 23, 2009 Regular Member Share Posted January 23, 2009 Most people in North America already have flabby abs / big huge 'Rhino' guts already so there is no change in ab status pre-post surgery

Bill - Seemiller
Right on Spacebetween. That's exactly what I did post-op for the first few months. My abs got a great workout and there was no risk of straining the donor. Just be sure to look straight ahead and don't put your chin to your chest Bill

Regular Member Dr. William Lindsey Posted January 26, 2009 Regular Member Share Posted January 26, 2009 Shavedethmonk That is it. If it came with a redhead it would only be better. I am sure I would have better abs than I currently do. Dr. Lindsey McLean VA William H. Senior Member latinlotus Posted January 26, 2009 Senior Member Share Posted January 26, 2009 The missionary position is pretty good for abs as well.
