My two biggest balding areas pre op were the temple regions and the area right behind the forelock. The temples (which are obviously much more important to overall appearance) already look much better. I'm not seeing much growth from the area behind the forelock yet, which prevents me from wearing my hair spiked. But I'm fine with the caesar hair for now. Also I don't use minoxidil anymore I lost no hair coming off it. Reduced propecia to 1mg every other day.
