jman90
Hi everyone, I just scheduled a HT with Rahal, and was wondering if Dr. Rahal actually performs the work?
Senior Member NEWHAIRPLEASE Posted April 11, 2012 Senior Member Share Posted April 11, 2012 Yes, Dr Rahal will remove the strip, make all the incisions, and then his techs( whom have been with him for 10 years on average) will place the grafts....this practice is considered the " gold standard " of modern hair transplantation.. Dr Rahal is great!! You couldn't have chosen a more qualified surgeon.. Good Luck!! Newhairplease!! Dr Rahal in January 19, 2012:) 4808 FUT grafts- 941 singles, 2809 doubles, 1031 triples, 27 quads My Hairloss Website

Senior Member Davis91 Posted April 11, 2012 Senior Member Share Posted April 11, 2012 Hang on, is it strip or FUE? Strip, the above replies stand. FUE, from my understanding and other posts, depending on the size, Dr. Rahal excises the grafts with the power drill tool and may rotate this duty with his head nurse Mike (per previous post description). Grafts are cut as needed by techs. Incisions by the Dr. and as with strip, placement by techs.
