Regular Member newguyseekingHT Posted November 18, 2012 Regular Member Share Posted November 18, 2012 Just had 2000 Grafts done by Dr. Glenn Charles and the experience was the best it could be. I was very nervous about the whole thing and almost cancelled because i have never had anything like this done before. His staff was very professional the office was very clean and overall the experience was fantasic, i would recommend Dr. Charles to anyone looking into getting a hair transplant. I am healing very well amd resultes look great. He is a caring Dr. who also gave me his cell # in case i need to contact him for anything. Dr. Glenn Charles is great and his work is amazing!! I will be posting pictures soon on the work he did for me, but once again great experience, amazing staff and overall it was painless! Thank you Dr. Charles for making this a wonderful experience for me. if anyone has any questions or would like to discuss anything about the process feel free to emial me post a comment. A little about myself I am 37 years old & had a receding hairline and it was really bothering me but after extensive research I found Dr. Charles and could not be happier with the results, he is an amazing surgeon and great person. I would not usaully post anything like this but the experience was fantasic and i would for real go back if i needed a second procedure done he would be the person doing it. Like is said above within the next day or two i will be posting before & after pics and will keep everyone posted, Thanks again Dr. Charles for a great experience!!! Regular Member newguyseekingHT Posted November 19, 2012 Author Regular Member Share Posted November 19, 2012 Here are 2 pictures pre & post -op, everything seems to be going well. I dont really have any discomfort right now, i have been sleeping on a recliner for the past 3 days which has been ok. I do have a little numbness in the back of my head but overall i feel fine, I have been real careful during showers, i havent let the pressure nozzle hit my grafted area, just pouring water & shampoo mix to keep the area clean. I am pretty happy with the results, Dr. Charles did a great job! I will post more pic's on a weekly basis on the progress, right now i am 3 days post-op & taking it easy. Regular Member newguyseekingHT Posted January 23, 2013 Author Regular Member Share Posted January 23, 2013 I am now a little over the 2 month mark now and most of the grafts if not all have fallen off, the scar has healed up very nice and i am finally starting to get some feeling on the top of my head again. I havent noticed any new growth yet but hopefully it will start at the 3 month mark, I look pretty much the same as pre-op day also the shock loss stopped about 3 weeks ago, thank god!! i did lose a lot of hair in the front where the transplanted hairs were. Now its just a waiting game I guess. I will post somne pictures later today every other month after that.

Regular Member newguyseekingHT Posted January 25, 2013 Author Regular Member Share Posted January 25, 2013 I am now at the 68 day mark and still waiting for the 3 month mark to hopefully start seeing some results as you can see from my previous pics that I have less hair now then when i started, I had a lot of shock loss in the front area which isnt something i wanted but I guess it was expected. I did all the healing process text book from sleeping on a recliner for thew 1st 10 days I didnt run my hair under the hair head pressure until the 7th day and had no bleeding at all. Right now I am going thru that awkward stage but hopefully things will get better in the next months to come. Fingers crossed that my hair & new grafted hairs start growing soon!!
