Senior Member Thehairupthere Posted March 3, 2013 Senior Member Share Posted March 3, 2013 Dandruff does not cause hair loss, but if you see that your scalp is very flaky even after using some good shampoos for it, it may be a good question for your dermatologist. He/she may be able to prescribe something a little stronger to combat it. I am a consultant for Dr. True and Dr. Dorin. These opinions are my own.
