Senior Member tacolinowest Posted May 7, 2013 Author Senior Member Share Posted May 7, 2013 there was so much going on i didnt notice it was so high, its about 1/2 an inch behind my old hairline, but those hairs were very miniaturized , i no that you need more hair to bring it down a little but maybe it woulda been a good idea
Regular Member krisl Posted May 9, 2013 Regular Member Share Posted May 9, 2013 Dude don't worry about it. We went with a highly experienced surgeon, who does these kind of ops day in day out for a living, and has had countless amounts of positive evidence posted backing his work. No hairline is perfect and with the amount of aggressive hairloss we've had, it's only sensible to give a conservative hairline. I was super analytical the first few weeks, but once you get over this tricky period you'll settle into it. The staples at the back were such a b****, sleeping on them so frustrating, but once out it was a relief. All will be good mate.

Senior Member NoTakeBacks Posted May 14, 2013 Senior Member Share Posted May 14, 2013 The actual linear scar looks pretty good! When the redness and puncture marks heal from the staples, and any shockloss recovers, you should be in good shape.

Senior Member TommyLucchese Posted May 15, 2013 Senior Member Share Posted May 15, 2013 Think it looks fine champ, now stop worrying about it and see where you are in a year or so 2,000 grafts FUT Dr. Feller, July 27th 2012. 23 years old at the time. Excellent result. Need crown sorted eventually but concealer works well for now. Propecia and minoxidil since 2010. Fine for 8 years - bad sides after switching to Aindeem in 2018. Switched to topical fin/minox combo from Minoxidil Max in October 2020, along with dermarolling 1x a week.
