Senior Member agenteye Posted June 28, 2013 Senior Member Share Posted June 28, 2013 Looking good Tacolino- The scar looks to be good, and won't be too much longer before it's covered by the hair in back. Senior Member Nick153452 Posted June 28, 2013 Senior Member Share Posted June 28, 2013 Do you notice any growth? Or is that hair in the front just native? Senior Member tacolinowest Posted June 28, 2013 Author Senior Member Share Posted June 28, 2013 nick, yea thats all native hair, i thought for sure that the native hair wouldent return as it was VERY weak and on life support, id say at least 80% returned , trying to keep it out of the sun for a few months as told to me by many people, how does the scar look? Senior Member Nick153452 Posted June 28, 2013 Senior Member Share Posted June 28, 2013 I would say it's still fairly noticeable. You do seem to have a less dense donor area, so maybe you may have to keep your hair a little longer until the redness fades. Senior Member NoTakeBacks Posted June 28, 2013 Senior Member Share Posted June 28, 2013 Cool, your donor is certainly making progress. It still is noticeable, but a lot of that is due to redness. It doesn't look like it's been widening, so that's something to be thankful for. Yeah, you'd be surprised at how many natives survive when the colonial transplants get dropped in. For me, it was a sobering experience to see the state of my natural hair so clearly and come to realize "Well...this would be me give or take a year if I just let my hair ride." Senior Member Mickey85 Posted June 29, 2013 Senior Member Share Posted June 29, 2013 Scar is looking good champ. Once the redness subsides and the shockloss comes back it should not be noticeable at all. The only 2 threads you will ever need: Revamped Advantages/Disadvantages of FUE. Myths dispelled.
