Regular Member Rem Posted April 21, 2014 Author Regular Member Share Posted April 21, 2014 (edited) Hi guys Stayed away from the forum for good 8 months to avoid anxiety. I have attached my 8 month pics for your review. Just to remind - My main aim to go for HT was to fill up the sides. There were many who said I had a head full of hair and advised me against it but the sides and temples were playing on my mind. Some work on the front was needed to blend in the work on sides as advised by SMG. Would appreciate your feedback guys. You can see my pictures before HT here as well - http://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/Rem/albums/2573 Thanks! Senior Member hsrp10 Posted April 21, 2014 Senior Member Share Posted April 21, 2014 It's hard to tell because in some of your before shots your hair is pulled down and forward over your hairline and temples. However it seems your right temple has gotten better and overall looks better but I would say you still have some growing yet. 1,200 FUE grafts is not a lot when spread out over a wide area so not sure you will achieve any major wow transformation. Most important here though are you happy with the current results? Did you have the procedure done with Artas system btw? go dense or go home Unbiased advice and opinions based on 25 plus years of researching and actual experience with hair loss, hair restoration via both FUT & FUE, SMP, scalp issues including scalp eczema & seborrheic dermatitis and many others HSRP10's favorite FUT surgeons: *Dr. Konior, *Dr Hasson, Dr. Rahal HSRP10's favorite FUE surgeons: *Dr. Konior, *Dr. Bisanga, Dr. Erdogan, Dr. Couto (*indicates actual experience with doctor)
Regular Member Rem Posted April 22, 2014 Author Regular Member Share Posted April 22, 2014 hsrp10, appreciate the feedback. You are right, can not expect "wow" transformation and neither did I go for HT FUE expecting one. I was just looking to fill up my barren right side primarily. It was bugging me. As of now, I don't think right side has filled up and the hair even after 8 months seem "stray"/directionless. So I won't say I am happy. Procedure was done with the motorized/SAFE not by ARTAS. Senior Member Spanker Posted April 22, 2014 Senior Member Share Posted April 22, 2014 Honestly, it looks like too few grafts over a large area. You may need an additional procedure of a similar size to get the result you are looking for.
