If possible read that Mainly there are two major factor X-Factor.....we do not know the cause & H-Factor.....due to human (patient n Surgeon) Some times it could be due to what patient have done or not did what he should have done. anyway, I guess if the Doctor is well reputed or if he cares for his repute then I am sure he will do the second procedure pro-bono. AT least I would have done if I was the surgeon. I do it and generally about 1 % of may patients do get a complimentary surgeries for a poor growth. --- I am a medical advisor to Lexington International and Hairmax.
