Patient’s desire was to increase the fullness of his beard. Dr. Friedman successfully transplanted 3,101 grafts into sparse beard areas. By using an artistic approach, Dr. Friedman strategically placed each follicular unit to re-design the patient’s beard creating a more natural looking beard.
