Dr. Jerry Cooley
This is a man in his forties with type IV baldness. He had fine hair but good density and a higher than average hair/graft count. He underwent two surgeries (#1: 3036 grafts, 6269 hairs; #2: 3299 grafts, 7054 hairs) for a total of 6335 grafts and 13,323 hairs. A smaller third session is planned to add density to the crown. Regular Member hairloser1 Posted July 16, 2009 Regular Member Share Posted July 16, 2009 What a difference in appearance. I would really like to see some post-op pics from the second surgery if you have them. Also, how far out from the second surgery is he in the after pics? Very nice work! Dr. Jerry Cooley
Thanks for the feedback. Unfortunately I don't have immediate post op pics of either procedure. He is about a year and half out from his second. We did not shave his head prior to doing the second. Senior Member thanatopsis_awry Posted July 18, 2009 Senior Member Share Posted July 18, 2009 This really looks good. What density would you say his frontal region is at? It looks super dense from the pics. The word "natural" gets thrown out a lot, but this does look 100% natural in the transformation. ----------- *A Follicles Dying Wish To Clinics* 1 top-down, 1 portrait, 1 side-shot, 1 hairline....4 photos. Senior Member HairIsThere Posted July 19, 2009 Senior Member Share Posted July 19, 2009 The money this guy spent to have this done, and I don't care how much it was, has to be without a doubt the best "purchase" he has ever made...This result is sick nasty - and that's a great thing. - 1 HT ~ 3000 grafts - Regimen: Propecia 1X daily

Raphael84
I love this result!!! For me, this is the perfect endorsement for the capabilities of modern day HT's. Whilst this result isnt necessarily the norm, it far exceeds an average, the transformation in the patient is nothing short of spectacular. This guy looks like a completely different person. You can see his new found confidence. One important point that we should all consider here, is time frame. We all want this result, but in just one HT, and therefore, the timeframe being in and around 12-18 months. With this result being over 2 years out, and another HT proceeding, we must be viewing a four year project (?). An age old cliche, patience is a virtue. Great all round job!!!
