Dr. Jean Devroye
This young man of 24 years old is a perfect candidate for a FUE. He is short hair and does not have a very dense donor area. The hair harvesting is good but the majority of the follicles is made by 2 hair. The number of big grafts is weak. Nevertheless, the hair was thick. The result is very encouraging. A second and probably last intervention is foreseen soon to cover the crown and reinforce the anterior area. Senior Member KO Posted March 29, 2015 Senior Member Share Posted March 29, 2015 Interesting, do you mean to say he was a good candidate for FUE because he has lower density? 3382 FUE Lupanzula http://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/eve/185463-3382-grafts-lupanzula.html

Senior Member PupDaddy Posted March 29, 2015 Senior Member Share Posted March 29, 2015 Beautiful work! Especially good considering this patient's less than stellar donor and hair characteristics.
Dr. Jean Devroye
Thank you for your enthusiasm! Yes, having a lower density is one of the criteria for choosing a FUE. Moreover, this technique has the capacity to recover a balance in terms of density between the donor and the recipient areas.
