suhail
Hi Folks, I'm suffering from hair loss from last few years. I got hair transplant done 3 months back with 2500 grafts. Its 3 months and 1 week now and don't see any signs of growth. In fact, its looking to me like the hairs are less than before. Please check the before and current photos and provide your thoughts. Senior Member gillenator Posted September 22, 2015 Senior Member Share Posted September 22, 2015 suhail, You are probably right on the threshold of seeing the regrowth occur. Some guys bloom a little earlier, some a little later. It's hard to tell much difference from both photos but if you are noticing some thinning, it may be related to some temporary shockloss. suhail
Its 6 months now and I do see some growth but its not up to my expectation. I would like to know whether my hair growth is normal or it's not up to the standards. Please let me know your thoughts. Senior Member Petchski Posted December 27, 2015 Senior Member Share Posted December 27, 2015 You still have more regrowth to occur, so it's hard to say at this point. 80% of growth normally has appeared by month 8.... Senior Member gillenator Posted December 30, 2015 Senior Member Share Posted December 30, 2015 At six months, you definitely have more visual coverage but I agree that it's hard to tell. Maybe try putting up a photo with your hair dry for comparison purposes? Gillenator Independent Patient Advocate I am not a physician and not employed by any doctor/clinic.
