Raphael84
Having read a recent patients testimonial just a couple of days post HT, I decided to take a look at their clinics website. The Clinic in question is HDC in Cyprus. Now this is no attempt to sabotage or even put a negative spin on the clinic, it is simply a question regarding one particular photo case. I believe that Clinic act professionally, their website seems thorough and transparent, and they seem to be presenting good results. This particular case, just over 2500 FUE. Im amazed by the coverage and density of this patient after only 2500 grafts. Your thoughts please guys. http://www.hdc.com.cy/index.ph..._03_multiple_menu=46 Patient Advisor for Dr. Bisanga - BHR Clinic ian@bhrclinic.com - BHR Results - https://www.instagram.com/bhr.onlyresults/ I am not a medical professional and my words should not be taken as medical advice. Regular Member spin266 Posted October 21, 2009 Regular Member Share Posted October 21, 2009 the results look good and their photos appear tobe truthful.in that they give the viewer what a ht really looks like .in alot of the photos you can see that most good hts still have a see through look to them .it looks like they dont mess with the photos.the results look good
Regular Member MajmX Posted October 21, 2009 Regular Member Share Posted October 21, 2009 Results look very nice. The pictures seem to show results after 6 months, I wonder what he looked like after 12. Perhaps he started a medication just prior to surgery? Senior Member Forrest Gump Posted October 21, 2009 Senior Member Share Posted October 21, 2009 Assuming the pictures are untouched, the results look pretty impressive just 6 months post-op. I am wondering if there are other factors at play here, like recent medication regimen, as MajmX mentions.
Senior Member thanatopsis_awry Posted October 21, 2009 Senior Member Share Posted October 21, 2009 It's interesting you mention HDC/Dr.Mikelas....I've always been *extrordinarily* impressed by their results that have been posted; yet, in my gut I've always felt that something seemed off in their documentation, which is a bit odd since the picture quality is always so pristine. ----------- *A Follicles Dying Wish To Clinics* 1 top-down, 1 portrait, 1 side-shot, 1 hairline....4 photos. Raphael84
Thanks for the replys guys, but my question was more along the lines of, is this genuinely possible for such a conservative FUE graft count. I for one am somewhat sceptical??? Senior Member thanatopsis_awry Posted October 25, 2009 Senior Member Share Posted October 25, 2009 That's just what I was referencing, Raph -- their work looks universally excellent, but deep down I've always been pretty skeptical about their documentation, including lighting, angles, wetting hair, hair length, and meds. I hate to cast an aspersion since in part it is but my instinct, and they do patently good work, but while I've long felt a lot of their results are top notch, they are nonetheless...."manipulated"...and thus seem super-human. ----------- *A Follicles Dying Wish To Clinics* 1 top-down, 1 portrait, 1 side-shot, 1 hairline....4 photos. Raphael84
Thana, I knew thats what you were getting at man. I just thought that with all the interest and recent FUE related topics, that there would be a little more input. Obviously not. I guess it just you and I that question these "super-human" results. We are such doubters!!! Senior Member aaron1234 Posted October 26, 2009 Senior Member Share Posted October 26, 2009 It looks legit to me. Though I would have liked to have seen a top-down shot.
