Senior Member Dazed Posted March 17, 2009 Senior Member Share Posted March 17, 2009 I don't care how good the doctor is, or how low the price, I wouldn't go to Pakistan. No hair is that important! Senior Member Leeson Posted March 17, 2009 Senior Member Share Posted March 17, 2009 People in Pakistan are and from what I understand, Dr. Mohmand's rep. is advising people from India that it isn't safe to go to Pakistan at this time. Senior Member Dr. Mohammad Humayun Mohma Posted March 18, 2009 Senior Member Share Posted March 18, 2009 well I never said that its not safe but If you do hold an Indian Passport then when ever yo apply for VISA make sure you do apply for the police exemption if you do not get that that is o problem, I had doctors from India visiting and there are people comming over. Having said that Its entirely up to you. I can almost 100% gurantee you pick and drop from airport, as far as you do conform your trip a day or two before. Soe times people book and then they do not reconfirm, as we are quiet busy I some times do forget that you were comming. so please do reconfirm. Why dont you go to Pakistani embassy and ask if you should be comming for hair transplant or not. I know indirectly the 1st secrtary in Pakistani counsulate in India. --- I am a medical advisor to Lexington International and Hairmax. What ever I say is my personal opinion. Senior Member AMR1 Posted March 18, 2009 Senior Member Share Posted March 18, 2009 Dr Humayun, If you give Javvy an invitation letter stating that he is visiting you for medical reasons, the visa should not be a problem as long as they can verify you as a specialist in HT and will give him a short stay visa. you need to address the letter to the pakistan high commision of india, I guess with your back ground visa should not be a problem as it is the pakistani embassey granting entry. 1600 grafts FUT Mr May (UK) Sept 1996 https://www.wimpoleclinic.com'>https://www.wimpoleclinic.com 1600 grafts FUT Mr May (UK) February 1998 https://www.wimpoleclinic.com 2475 grafts FUT Dr Mohammed Humayun Mohmand (Pakistan) 27th January 2009 http://www.hti.com.pk 3550 Total Grafts (3000 rear donor area & 400 from beard and 150 breast area) FUE & PRP Treatment with Dr Emrah Cinik (ISHRS), Istanbul, Turkey. 10th October 2017 http://www.emrahcinik.com/ My Blog & Hair loss website story: https://www.hairtransplantnetwork.com/blog/home-page.asp?WebID=1123
Senior Member Dazed Posted March 18, 2009 Senior Member Share Posted March 18, 2009 Ammars, I won't play the Political Correct game. There are many places in the United States that I also will not go, and I will not pretend that they are safe. Pakistan is in turmoil, Taliban activity seems to be on the upswing - that is enough to convince me. Senior Member Abby Posted June 21, 2009 Senior Member Share Posted June 21, 2009 He's probably the cheapest Dr in the world, and thats no exaggeration. My 1st H/T was around $3200 for 3250 grafts the going rate at that time was $2.2 for every ??1. My 2nd H/t was for 2500 grafts around $1800-$2000. I am hoping for a 3rd H/T by the end of the year, 1000/1500 grafts according to the DR. this will touch up the crown and add a few more grafts to the top and frontal area, then thats me done. So, by next Summer 2010 I will be a happy chap.
