Orlando HT
A friend of mine participated in the workshop where about 50 doctors observe and treat. New techinques used. He did it a few years ago and was happy. I was going to try to participate. Any advice or has anyone participated in this?

Senior Member Janna Posted March 15, 2009 Senior Member Share Posted March 15, 2009 The workshop is actually called Orlando Live Surgery Workshop. Dr. Shapiro has participated in this workshop many times. The workshop is for sharing information and techniques to all those who attend. They have about 5 or 6 surgery rooms with cameras to feed live video views to two or three rooms full of attendees. The attendees are also able to get up and view in person each room as space allows. As a demonstration patient - I don't think you know exactly which doctor will be performing on you -you may get 2, 3 or 4 docs working on you and you won't know which docs until they are in front of you introducing themselves. The organizers set up patients for each surgery room depending on which doctor is doing the demonstrating. Patient Care Services & UK Patient Advisor for Shapiro Medical Dr. Ron Shapiro, Dr. Paul Shapiro and Dr. David Josephitis are members of the Coalition of Independent Hair Restoration Physicians. http://shapiromedical.com/info@shapiromedical.com http://shapiromedical.com/contact/request-a-consultation/janna@shapiromedical.com
