vortex91
Dang man I think those results are looking pretty good. Thank you for posting this! I am personally considering Nader and this result only 4 months in gives me more confidence in moving forward with him tbh. I def think you should be seeing some more thickness coming in, but even where it is now I think it’s pretty good.

Senior Member GoliGoliGoli Posted May 20, 2023 Senior Member Share Posted May 20, 2023 (edited) Wow this looks extremely natural and extremely dense packed. Would be interested in seeing some in harsher lighting, maybe with flash on and under a light Edited May 20, 2023 by GoliGoliGoli

Regular Member eb21007 Posted May 22, 2023 Author Regular Member Share Posted May 22, 2023 First set of photos are fresh out of the shower, hair blow dried,no product. Second set, spray wax in hair. I took these in different lighting and used a flash. I also wanted to show the donor areas. Curious to see what you guys think. I definitely see changes. Senior Member GoliGoliGoli Posted May 22, 2023 Senior Member Share Posted May 22, 2023 Thanks for posting, always good to see how it looks in harsh vs favorable lighting. In your case, even the harsh lighting looks extremely dense and extremely natural.

Regular Member Trichotrophy Posted May 22, 2023 Regular Member Share Posted May 22, 2023 I'm glad you're getting promising results this time around. Even under harsh lighting, your transplanted hairline is markedly denser than it was after your previous FUE. I wouldn't call the original operation a failure insofar as graft-survival rate goes, but it certainly sounds like he initially miscalculated how many grafts you needed—possibly because you had disproportionately more single-follicle grafts than the average patient. With more multi-follicle grafts, the first FUE might have sufficed. 1 1 Dr. Luis Nader, 3,902 grafts (July 12th-13th, 2022). https://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/topic/67433-6-month-results-3902-graft-fue-july-12th-13th-2023-dr-luis-nader-reynosa-mexico-norwood-3v-31m/
