Cheers Melvin! Probably worth pointing out that the shot in direct sunlight with the hair combed forward, is by far the harshest condition for any transplant to be under. With styling and in virtually any another setting, it always looks significantly better (i.e you don't see any scalp!)! But equally it is owed to the forum members to show how the transplant will differ depending on conditions.

That said I am much more comfortable going outdoors without needing to style, as the density has really improved, since I had 2k grafts sprinkled across my scalp on the third sitting in Feb.

Now that I am able to comfortably walk out the house without feeling the need to style the hair. But more importantly not feel self-conscious about not styling, It very much feels a case of mission accomplished for me. Any improvements that may come hereafter I guess are just a bonus!

And to add to this, I've actually seen John in person and even under harsh lighting, for a full blown Norwood 7 to have what he has even after a 3rd procedure 6 months or so post-op, it's amazing to see how good it looks.

Obviously if you compared it to a man who never ever lost their hair with any MPB, you'll find fault but actually comparing like to like. Wow. It's an amazing result to behold and honestly couldn't be happier for you pal as I said.

Just for reference John doesn't like to use fibres at all, but if he ever does, hot damn. Would look like he was a teenage Munster lol. The temple points as well are looking very full 6 months after a 2nd top up on the temple points. I was feeling a touch jealous of the density and his donor with how short he managed to get his hair looked impeccable. I genuinely cannot comprehend how as a Norwood 7 with even having a donor considered average to below average this magic has happened but I'm glad to see it. Gives loads of people hope they can get this MPB a kick in the nuts.

Thanks Kamran, very kind of you mate! Not gona lie having 800 grafts in each temple did cause me to worry if I had maybe overdone it 😅... but it all seems to be coming off.

6 Month Update

Six months have now flown by since my last sitting! I’m pleased with how the hairline & temples are coming in. I'm delighted with my decision to do hairline & temple work on the last sitting. On reflection, I feel it has helped improve the naturalness of my hairline by making it more ‘V’ shaped and incorporating a small widows peak. Also, my redness is fading … similar to my 1st sitting where it took 7 months to properly fade out.

The 2k grafts sprinkled over the mid-scalp & crown are starting to make a cosmetic difference. The crown area has started to close in, giving a more prominent whorl pattern. This is probably what has impressed me most in recent weeks.

As I touched on in my last update, I’m pleased with how things look and if this was the outcome, I'd be more than pleased.

Wowweewaow.. Despite me not being a Eugenix fan, I can certainly give them praise for select cases, and this is one of those. You're results have just evolved superbly. I'm not ever going to be part of the Eugenix first name crew/clan but it would be remiss not to give kudos when it warrants it 😂
