Does weight lifting in general make you lose hair ... no. If you lose hair from genetic disposition of hair follicles being sensitive to DHT, you are prone to hair loss regardless of whether you have more DHT or not. If it was 1 out of 10% and you body makes an even 5% and weight lifting brings you up to a 6-6.5% it technically wouldnt be significant but your body is already going to have hairs that are sensitive regardless of whether you work out or not.

That extra 1-1.5% increase from working out wouldn't be the reason you lose hair. Perhaps it could influence some parts of your hair but the baseline reason would be predisposition to your genetics.

The bottom line when it comes to androgens (DHT AND TESTOSTERONE) is the individuals genetic susceptibility to both hormones. DHT is traditionally more causative with hair loss since it’s an extremely powerful form of Testosterone. It has a significantly higher binding capacity to the AR (androgen receptor). 
 

That being said, if you take a male with high DHT sensitivity and genetics for MPB and another male with low sensitivity to DHT and little to no susceptibility toward MPB, the first male with a DHT of say 25 would still lose hair and the second male with a DHT level of 60 could lose no hair. DHT usually runs 12-65 ng/dL (low to high range) for Quest labs.

As for your mention of SARMs, while they are popular among bodybuilders and athletes for their muscle-building properties, it's important to note that they are not approved for human use by the FDA.  If you're looking for more information on how to achieve your fitness goals without resorting to SARMs, I'd be happy to help you out with some details. Plus, the long-term effects and potential side effects are still largely unknown.
