ss88
Is it common to have bumps on recipient area that feel like pimples, and when picked/popped, dried sebum with hair comes out with it? Should I just leave them alone? Any risk of losing hair grafts? Am on month 3 after HT, but been noticing this since after month 1. Thanks y'all. Valued Contributor Gatsby Posted July 5, 2022 Valued Contributor Share Posted July 5, 2022 At month three you are totally fine. However I wouldn't be popping pimples, etc. Let the natural healing process do it's job. This whole game is about patience. qwerty95
Hi @ss88, I have the same problem. now at month 3 after. Any update from your side?
Senior Member gillenator Posted February 27, 2023 Senior Member Share Posted February 27, 2023 Those look like dried crusts which are dried tissue from the tips of the grafts…at 3 months post-op the entire recipient area should be clean and free of any lingering crusts IMHO. 1 Gillenator Independent Patient Advocate I am not a physician and not employed by any doctor/clinic.
