Ryan1980
Hey guys, Im from australia and im going to thailand for a holiday in a few weeks. I'd like to get a hair transplant done, maybe around 2000 grafts to restore the front of my hairline. Unfortunately, dr path is booked up during the time i'll be there. Anyone else have any experiences/reccomendations? Ryan
Senior Member thanatopsis_awry Posted February 20, 2009 Senior Member Share Posted February 20, 2009 Well, you really shouldn't factor your decision as to when you will get a "convenient booking"; that said, Pong is the only other guy in Thai I've heard reasonably good things about. Path seems to be top dog there, however. Don't rush into this, regardless. ----------- *A Follicles Dying Wish To Clinics* 1 top-down, 1 portrait, 1 side-shot, 1 hairline....4 photos. No flash. Follicles have asked for centuries, in ten languages, as many times so as to confuse a mathematician. Enough is enough! Give me documentation or give me death! Regular Member Ahmed Posted February 23, 2009 Regular Member Share Posted February 23, 2009 I am not sure why, but somehow no one seems to be bothered about evaluating this doctor, Dr Pong. His website http://thaihairclinic.com/ shows amazing and impressive results. .Have a look at his gallery and for sure even you will be impressed. Its better than any of the so called top American doc's websites. Try talking to his patients if he is able to arrange that for you. All the best! Regular Member garet Posted September 21, 2011 Regular Member Share Posted September 21, 2011 I plan to get dr pong to do my HT, any reviews from him so far?His charges are half of dr path Actually, Pong's cost is perhaps 30-40% less than Dr. Path. During a consultation with Dr. Path, he said his assistant could do it for 15% less, but that is still more than Dr. Pong. One of the reasons Dr. Pong's cost is cheaper is that his clinic is in Chiangmai in Northern, Thailand, much cheaper than Bangkok prices. Hope some of Pong's patients post some reviews.
