Regular Member j1000 Posted June 27, 2023 Author Regular Member Share Posted June 27, 2023 Here is my 10 month update. Honestly, nothing has really changed since month 8 or so. I would say I peaked at around month 8 and it hasn’t really changed at all. With two months left to go, I’ll probably see the hair mature and thicken a tad, but I know this is essentially my final result. I was hoping for more growth than this but at the same time I knew I would have to go back and get one last transplant for some more coverage. The only real letdown was my hairline. I wanted it to be thicker. However, it’s still a lot better than before the transplant, and it looks incredibly natural…as does the rest of the transplant. Under dark light my crown looks like it has full coverage. I will try to schedule a final transplant for 2024. Cheers!
Senior Member Spring15 Posted June 28, 2023 Senior Member Share Posted June 28, 2023 I think it gets a pass mark, could be denser. Decent overall

Decent overall Yeah that’s how I look at it. It’s something, which is better than nothing at all. My crown would literally be empty right now without the new hair. My last transplant will fix anything left I need.
Valued Contributor A_4_Archan Posted June 28, 2023 Valued Contributor Share Posted June 28, 2023 Not the best but i would say Good considering the number of grafts...she didn't use too many..Plus i think your hairs mite be thin ...you can just go for a small touch up to densify your hairline 1 Check Out My Hair Transplant Journey --> My Thread 3611 FUE Grafts With Dr Kongkiat Laorwong | Norwood 5 | 2nd May 2023
Regular Member j1000 Posted August 21, 2023 Author Regular Member Share Posted August 21, 2023 (edited) This is my 1 year mark. Technically, it won’t be one year until August 31, but it’s close enough. I think I probably got a little more growth in the last couple of months. Overall, I am happy. Without this transplant my crown would be completely bare. I do plan on getting one final hair transplant in the future to fill in my whole scalp more as well as add some temple points which I have longed for for a long time. I would definitely recommend Dr. Bicer. She was so professional and her staff was amazing. The workmanship is second to none. The quality is amazing - just look at how natural my hairline looks. I am not sure if I will travel to Istanbul / Dr. Bicer again for my last transplant but I probably will. I’m thankful you all joined me for my journey! Also, forgive me for some pictures being upside down. I tried everything to fix it, but I can’t. Edited August 21, 2023 by j1000

Also, forgive me for some pictures being upside down. I tried everything to fix it, but I can’t. This is a fantastic transformation. The change is massive if you look at where you started compared to now. I think you'll be done with one more surgery to add a little more density overall. The hairline looks very natural and dense. The hairline actually needs just a tad more (it’s hard to tell from the pictures), but that’s ok. One final transplant and I’m going to be great. Oh gotcha. Nah I don’t do those. They flake out and they get on my clothes. They’re not for me.
