Moderators Al - Moderator Posted September 19 Moderators Share Posted September 19 Crowns come in slow. I think you're only at 6 months post op. Is that right? If so, then you should get more improvement in the crown. 1 Al Forum Moderator (formerly BeHappy) I am a paid forum moderator for hairrestorationnetwork.com. Regular Member Dragonsphere Posted September 23 Regular Member Share Posted September 23 Do you think you will go back for a final procedure? You could use your neckbeard hair for further crown/dip filler. I would of lasered mine off years ago if didn't have MPB. 😅 Neckbeard + smp alone should be enough to give full coverage or at least the illusion in the back. In totality, I think my biggest goal of all was to be able to present myself to the world hatless and be seen as normal looking for my age. To have other people look at me and interact with me without noticing any obvious baldness or hairline recession. I think I have largely, finally achieved that. Crown thinness really isn't a huge issue. As long as there is some hair there, and not a sharp, slick bald circle, most people are not going to focus on it, and it's never the focus of people interacting with you face-on or in pictures. I'm basically close to the look I had when I briefly tried wearing systems...and I never again have to worry about adhesive breaking down and a unit peeling off or spending hundreds every month on maintenance. It's all real. I also want to continue growing my hair longer now...something I haven't done literally since I was 13-14 years old.
