DrMunibAhmad
The challenge of this case was to fill the corners with a matching density as his native hairs (which are of a very high density) and reinforce the hairs around the separated island of hairs. Please take a note of the quality of the pictures. Imho every surgeon should post pictures of this high quality so the patient can see exactly what he's getting in to. Hiding hairlines behind falling hairs or combed down hairs is not what a patient is looking for. So as a patient, don't compromise until you've seen good quality pics of results. A total of 2630 grafts were used during a one day FUE surgery. The surgery started at 08.00 and finished at 15.00I perform the whole surgery myself. Shaving, punching, extracting, making sites and placing is all done by myself. My assistant sorts the grafts and helps me during placing. Also, every contact made with my clinic is directly with me. I answer all the calls/emails personally. Aftercare is direct contact with me through WhatsApp. Before: After (with wet and dry hair): Full face: Close-up's + Comb throughs: Kind regards, Dr. Munib Ahmad Edited January 5, 2023 by DrMunibAhmad 1 1 Art-Gallery: https://fuegenix.nl/art-gallery/Before and After: https://fuegenix.nl/haartransplantatie/voor-en-na/All cases of my patients on HRN:https://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/search/?&q=Fuegenix&search_and_or=or

Regular Member Rafael Manelli Posted January 30, 2023 Regular Member Share Posted January 30, 2023 Great documentation, the hairline looks very natural with good density, use of fine singles and micro irregularities for a soft look. Amusingly, he does remind me of Henry Cavill. Do you have any pictures postop or of the donor?
