I think it looks great, very natural and certainly a huge improvement from where you started. Yes, definitely some improvement between months 7 and 12. Further improvement would be very welcome but not expected! The donor area is back to normal and had pretty much healed within a couple of months. I have retrograde alopecia so it isn't as strong as someone without it, but with the right hairstyle (I generally do a skin fade but growing it out at the moment), the untrained eye probably wouldn't notice anything.
