The redness will slowly go away, but in the mean time it's all getting covered by hair anyway, so it gets harder to notice any redness because of the hair growing over it.

Month 4.5 quick update:

Not big changes from 4 months mark. There still are small areas with no hair at all so I think now, no growth in these area is definitive.

The first line is definitely better and more dense of the rear.

with darkness the effect is quite better, I took the first pic in the worst condition.

It's only 4.5 months. The biggest improvements often come in the 4 to 6 month range, so I wouldn't be so down about the results yet. I think it looks fine for 4.5 months.
