It looks like it's all just starting to grow which is normal for this time period. Months 2 and 3 are the hardest to deal with mentally. It starts getting better from here, so hang in there. It’s completely normal to see progress at the 3 month, so there’s no need to stress. Everything looks good, and you should notice gradual improvement in hair growth over the coming months.
