Any advice for someone form europe with nordwood 3 + vertex hairlose

Do any of you have advice what best to do when your a nordwood 3 + vertex hairlose.
I use to have very thick hair, so I suspected it would become thinner over time but has gone far more quickly then I expected.
But now my hair has become extreemly thin and my hairlose pattern now is nordwood 3.

I just started with oral finesteride 1mg each days for the last 3 months.
And I would like to switch to oral dutasteride + oral minoxidil.
I am almost 28 and I am not certain what the best way forward is.

1. Should I go for a hairsystem or hairtransplant or even combine the two?

2.And if I would go for a transplant, what would be the best game plan in regards to it?
I don't belief in the sides of finasteride / dht reduction, seening that there is little evidence for it seening al the 10 years studies.

But I do belief that oral / topical minoxidil could have some side effects.
3.I am willing to try oral minoxidil and just keep my doctor informed about it, but I do not know what I should monitor to avoid the major side effects from it do any of you know?
