Fortunately I have the resources to not be limited by geography/budget. I just really want to maximize my chances of a good result. My question to you is - it seems like many/most of the surgeons on your list are outside the US. Is that because you determined that they are simply better than those considered in the top tier in the US (Konior, H&W, Shapiro, Bernstein, etc) or is there a different reason? Thanks for sharing the info in this thread thus far. A lot of US Drs are too conservative for what is wanted and expected by patients these days. They generally do smaller sessions and don't dense pack. I don't think that is always a bad thing, but as I said, it's not what people are looking for today.
