Going through a shed during the growing phase?

Hey guys just a question out of curiosity. Would a shed say from say something like Telogen Effluvium during what should be your growth phase (4-12 months post surgery) effect the hairs growing that have been transplanted? 

Wondering if there’s anyone with experiences of this or similar. Thanks!
