It comes as a topical spray. There are no reviews or product ratings at the time of writing this post. The product description mentions that it is a dihydrotestosterone (DHT) blocker, and reduces sebum excretion and scalp oiliness. Thougts? Another Cosmerna case? The difference was not statistically significant but those given pyril had a positive trend (in non-vellus target area hair counts). I still wonder why the placebo group did so well. Perhaps they used a third party company to make advertising on Amazon .??.. Anyway, +22 hairs/cm2 is not so bad 🙂 I bought 2 bottles to try and see if I got sides or not using it. For what I understand (but I'm not sure) the phase II in china and the phase II in US have induced +10 and +22 hairs/cm2 with statistical significance compared to placebo group. But the last phase III induce also regrow but without statistical significance compared to placebo, because placebo group also got regrow... That's weird. So all the 3 tests induced regrow and better aesthetic, but the last one also in the placebo group ... That's the problem ... Did someone have some explanation about that 🤔?
