uk2024 Posted July 30 Share Posted July 30 Hi everyone, Hope you’re all well. I’ve decided to try topical dutasteride, and to use the silicone based gel that Farmacia Parati make. Despite looking all over the internet, I’m still very unsure as to which dosage I should go for. In Trichosol, 0.05% three times a week seems reasonable, but I’m not sure about the silicone gel dosage. My initial thoughts are 0.1% twice a week, but I’d love to hear everyone’s thoughts on the most appropriate dosage for no sides + maximum impact. For trichosol, it's like alcohol, standard dose is 0.025% starting 3x/week and adding 1x every month.
