I'm considering a hair transplant to fix this Below are my pictures. how many grafts would I require? and should I opt for temple reconstruction? Please help me out! Thanks! Moderators Al - Moderator Posted August 2 Moderators Share Posted August 2 Hi. welcome to the forums. It's a little hard to know how far your hair loss goes back on your head. I can't tell if it stops where your hand is or if it goes back a bit further than that. However, 3000 to 4000 grafts will probably fill that frontal portion in, but it depends on where you want the hairline to be and what type of hair you have.
