Regular Member Hair Tomorrow Posted Thursday at 01:41 AM Regular Member Share Posted Thursday at 01:41 AM Then apart from race, and inbreeding, here are some other variables that MIGHT effect optimal Verteporfin dose for wound healing from one human to the next:

Another variable, if one supply of Verteporfin is 95% pure, whilst another 99% pure, then different concentrations will be required - plus the variability of time and temperature each dose of Verteporfin has been stored will also effect its potency. It would be great if there was a precise potency test that could be performed on the Verteporfin in clinic at time of injection so the dosage could be fine tuned.

It looks like there are a range of techniques to measure the potency of Verteporfin in the syringe immediately prior to injection
