I was sort of kidding with the inbreeding coefficient, but on a serious note thanks for bringing up these factors, but might especially useful the Drs.

Another variable, if one supply of Verteporfin is 95% pure, whilst another 99% pure, then different concentrations will be required - plus the variability of time and temperature each dose of Verteporfin has been stored will also effect its potency. It would be great if there was a precise potency test that could be performed on the Verteporfin in clinic at time of injection so the dosage could be fine tuned.
