Doctor said to wait at least two weeks after to wear helmet but better with 3 weeks. The bike helmet it very light weight and lots of airvents in it. I'm thinking I will be cautious and wait three weeks. Motorcyle helment they say a month although I get that because its much heavier and not really any ventilation.
