Ogier de Oliveira lobo Net
Hello! I’m excited to contribute to this community that helped me choose Dr. Pittella. I’m here to answer any questions you may have. My name is OGIER. Highlight: 7,418 grafts and 17,741 hairs. Treatments: The doctor recommends topical and oral minoxidil, without finasteride. My experience: I’m extremely satisfied with what was proposed and done. My hair loss was progressing significantly and impacting my image, which I didn’t like. I decided to resolve everything in one day. It was one of the best decisions I could have made. The day at the clinic was extremely smooth, and Dr. Pittella was very present throughout the surgery, which made me feel quite comfortable. I can only say that I’m looking forward to seeing the hair grow and how I’ll look in a few months. pre-op photos: POST-OP If you want more details, feel free to ask here. Thank you! I noticed you have an oxygen canula on your nose. If you don't mind me asking -- was that to aide in the surgery for the grafts, etc -- or was it for your personal health? Thanks. Senior Member TakeAction Posted Monday at 06:01 PM Senior Member Share Posted Monday at 06:01 PM I'm a big fan of Pittella but there's no way almost 18000 hairs were needed for this case, regardless of what his planning tools say. Senior Member BaldReaper Posted Monday at 08:07 PM Senior Member Share Posted Monday at 08:07 PM good luck, just 2 questions 1. can you post some immediate post op pictures from your crown to see how many grafts were put there, based on the pics you have upldaded this doesnt look like 7k grafts 2. did Dr Pitella explain why needs to put 7k grafts for this level of baldness at this age? half of that would be enough for a very good result.

I asked him to lower my hairline as much as possible, and my priority was also to fill the crown. He calculated using the 3D AI that it would take around 3.5k to cover the crown, and to reinforce the front and sides, about another 2k. But I told him that I didn’t want to reinforce the front, but instead lower the front and correct the temples. Since I have a lot of hair in the back, he said it would be possible, but it would require a lot of density since my hair is very thick in the non-bald areas. Seems a lot but didn’t lowered much my hairline as much as I wanted but he told me there was a limit to lower hairline. Do you think it might not have 7.4k? Surgery took all day long 🫠

Regular Member RajSharma99 Posted Tuesday at 07:28 PM Regular Member Share Posted Tuesday at 07:28 PM As per my experience, shockloss is always high in Crown area so Finasteride is must if u have hair transplant in crown otherwise outcome only wid minoxidil will be low for crown area....I hope u won't make same mistake like me and prefer oral Finasteride to prevent shockloss in crown...Good luck... Regular Member wembley Posted 16 hours ago Regular Member Share Posted 16 hours ago happy growing...i have seen that dr pittella uses a high amount of grafts in each case. Thats why his results are with full density...
