HT Clinics in Turkey that accept patients with Hepatitis

Hello guys. It's my first post on this forum so let me start with saying that it is nice being here

Back to the topic. Can you suggest some decent clinics in Turkey that accept patients with Hepatitis B? I was considering Fuecapilar due to decent reviews I saw online, but I got denied due to my medical history. I'm specifically looking for a place that's not an obnoxious hair mill, with a budget up to maybe 5k euro (I got a very rough estimate of needing around 2000-2500 grafts).

It's not a detail I'm familiar with for any clinic anywhere in terms of who would or would not take on such a patient. But I would say that Dr Bicer might be worth speaking with. She's a famously kind and caring surgeon and if anyone is likely to be undeterred by and able to accommodate a Hep B patient then it's probably her.
