Unable to get hold of Dr Nader

Hello, I have called their number numerous times, about 4 and send out 3 emails and sent two website submissions of my photo and still no reply from them.  I’m curious if their company is legit?  I’m just confused how to get a hold of Dr Nader for consultation and whether someone can help me get in touch with him?

Literally the worst service out of any doctors I’ve interacted with.  It’s inexcusable to not respond to any inquiries

I think some of the popular Drs have gotten so overwhelmed with people seeking their services over the past year or two that they were completely unprepared for the volume. However I agree that it's not a good look to just ignore calls and emails. If they are booked a year or two in advance and not taking on new patients or consultations they should at least send out a standard email or automated call back saying something like "Thank you for your interest in a hair transplant with Dr X, however we are sorry to inform you that due to the extremely high demand we are not taking on any new patients at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience." That's it. That doesn't seem too hard to me.
