34 year old with severe hair loss. Any advice would be welcomed.

Hello everyone. 

I am looking to seek any advice on how to solve my extreme hair loss. I am a 34 year old man who is looking around at hair transplant clinics. My biggest worry is that my hair loss is too far gone to have a successful transplant. 

I would love to hear some advice / possible clinics that deal with rather extreme cases of hair loss. I am aware that I would need at least probably two procedures to get anything back to a decent amount of hair on my head. I have looked into Dr Zarev and also Eugenix. But there are so many choices out there and it's hard to work out what and where is the best procedure for the situation. 

Currently I am not taking any medications either. This is really impacting my confidence and i pretty much walk around with a beanie on at all times.
