Nader vs Custodio vs Camacho

I won't be getting a hair transplant anytime soon as I'm unemployed and still looking for a job but I just wanted some more opinions on what you think which doctor would be best for me. I've narrowed it down to just three in Latin America as I have no intentions of flying around the world the Turkey, India or Thailand. Mexico or Colombia is way closer and plane tickets are less expensive. I've been told by FUECapilar I am somewhere between a Norwood 2 and 3 and I am currently taking oral dutasteride with minoxidil and biotin. Even then my hair has always been rather fine in texture. After consulting the three doctors, they gave me the following wildly different answers based on the photos I sent them:

• Dr. Espinosa Custodio (based in Madrid but does transplants in Mexico City): 1400-1600 grafts, anywhere from $4,323 to $4,940. No hotel or transportation is provided as far as I know.
• Dr. Luis Nader (Reynosa, Mexico): 2000-2500 grafts, $7,453 to $8,750 before hotel and payment discounts. 
• Dr. Sergio Camacho (Bogota Hairlines, Colombia): 2400-2800 grafts, $2.70 per graft for Dr. Camacho so $6,480 to $7,560. Dr. Pareja and Dr. Carranza who also work there charge less than him. Transportation, 3 night hotel stay, washing, private concierge included.
