How to add a URL signature?

Hey team- I am unable to find or add a URL to my hair restoration journey as my signature. Would anyone be able to guide me how to? I saw some old posts but I think the content of the website has changed much since.

Thanks for responding. However, the signature tab does not allow me to change or add anything. I already have the url in my hair loss story section but it does not show up as signature below each post.

Signature for your posts and hair loss story for your profile seem to be two different things. Are you following these restrictions:

I am not seeing the signature toolbar to enter text.

Maybe it’s a function that will be activated once you have posted a certain number of times or have been on the forum a certain time.
